I think there should be something in this article about rural youth who are "at risk" also. They too don't see any hope of anything better than being on welfare or having a non-fulfilling job. Especially with the closing of the coal mines, disappearance of the family farms, and nothing to occupy their time, they are "at risk". S. Morrisette
