Hello, all. I'm a Research Programmer for the Curriculum, Technology, and Education Reform program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and function as the Technology Coordinator for the program.

I'm a PhD student in the Cognitive Science of Teaching and Learning division of the Department of Educational Psychology at UIUC, and also hold a Master of Computer Science degree from UIUC and a BSCS from the University of Alaska Anchorage. My research interests lie primarily in technology mediated education, cognitive science, and collaborative learning. My current research involves studying the social and technological factors that drive on-line scholarly communities.
