I really liked how you formatted this article. It was very informative. I always found that my fifth grade students had the hardest time with the expository writing simply because their are so many different ways of looking at it. For example, they knew how to write reports on various topics for science and social studies which is expository writing-yet this wasn't what the state exactly thought of as expository writing.
