About 2 years ago I had an emotionally, troubled student who would display inappropriated behavior in the classroom. The psychologist, school social worker, the special education director and teacher, and I worked out a behavior modification plan for this student. He would work for the reward and then the plan wouldn't work. We would then meet and change the plan, and then again it would work for awhile then become ineffective. This went on until about March when all of us were at the end of our patience. We then had to place the student at Circles which seemed to be the only way all the other students in the class would be safe. S.Morrisette
