  • The screen shows strange, fuzzy colors
  1. Check the connection between the cable and the projector.
  2. Check the connection between the cable and the computer.
  3. Use a new cable.


  • The screen shows a big blue screen.
  1. Press the "source" button on the projector.
  2. If that doesn't help, click menu and change input source manually.
  3. If DVI to DVI connection, choose DVI digital.
  4. If DVI to VGA connection, choose DVI analog.
  5. If on a notebook PC, press the "Fn" (function key) and one of the function keys on the top row that has a monitor icon or LCD/CRT wording on it.

  • Computer not switching to Tablet mode
  1. Swivel screen to the left or right and flip down towards keyboard
  2. Click screen into place
  3. Allow 5 seconds for computer to switch modes
  4. Go to "Start" "Control Panel" and then "Tablet PC Settings" to calibrate pen and choose display settings (portrait vs. landscape)
